Runtime error. There is a problem with your library file or program. You should quit immediately. This may have happened because the file has been packed, either by your system administrator, or if you are on a network, by someone else using the Designer. If this is the case, the problem is only temporary. Try running your application, or the Designer, again. If this error still occurs, one or more panels in your library may be permanently corrupted, and you should check the Vermont Support Program (VSP) information that came with your package for instructions on how to contact Vermont Creative Software's technical support.
