Status Line and MSG_WNP / ERR_WNP

Status lines are handled as follows:

A standard Windows status line is created for FULL_WNP.

The status line of any windows, forms or submenu form use the status line of the application.

Any error messages are displayed in the status line. (In standard Vermont Views, error messages could have a separately defined window within the form structure.)

CAUTION:With standard Vermont Views, a status line is created as the last row on the terminal screen. This line was known always to contain 80 characters. With Vermont Views for Windows, the length of the status line equals the width of the parent window. As a result, status-line messages may not fit in the allotted space.
