ch_isupper()

Checks if a character is uppercase

Call
#include <vv_sys.h>
int ch_isupper(ch)

UCHAR ch

Character to be tested

Returns
1 The character is uppercase
0 The character is not uppercase
Description

If the character code is less than 128, the standard library function isupper() is called to test the character.

If the character code is greater than 128 and support for the extended character set is not enabled, the character is considered non-uppercase. If support for the extended character set is enabled (vv_extch.h is #included), the appropriate entry in the table _chsettbl[] is checked to determine if the character is uppercase.

Cautions

If the extended character set support is disabled (the default), all characters above 127 are considered non-uppercase.
