A-1Program Materials: Human and/or machine-readable code owned by or licensed to Vermont Creative Software, Inc. (VCS), which is the subject matter of this License, as provided by VCS under this License.
A-2Licensee: The original purchaser of limited rights in the Program Materials.
A-3Designated User: the individual, who may or may not be the Licensee, who makes actual use of the program Materials.
