Vermont Creative Software may introduce new releases of Vermont Views that incorporate additional features and capabilities. Our Vermont Support Plan (VSP) Gold program helps registered users take advantage of these enhancements.
Customers enrolled in the VSP Gold program receive all upgrades released during their contract period free of charge and on a first-priority basis. VSP Gold contracts may be purchased only during the 60-day warranty period or after a major upgrade, and they may be returned only during the 60-day warranty period. If you do not purchase the VSP Gold contract within 60 days of purchase, you will only be eligible to purchase the VSP Limited contract, which provides technical support but not free upgrades. Refer to the enclosed Vermont Support Program brochure for details.
We offer the following benefits to registered users of Vermont Views:
Bug fixes correct reported software problems. You can find out about bug fixes through the Vermont Views Web site, http://www.vtsoft.com/, or, if you are a VSP member, by calling technical support.
Minor upgrades correct reported problems and may include minor product enhancements. You will receive new or patch media and a documentation supplement. Vermont Creative Software will set the price of the upgrade according to the content of the upgrade and notify you by mail. VSP Gold members receive upgrades free of charge.
Major upgrades include major product enhancements and possibly add-on products. You will receive new media and a new documentation set. Vermont Creative Software will set the price of the upgrade according to the content of the upgrade and notify you by mail. VSP Gold members receive upgrades free of charge.
