If an upgrade to Vermont Views is released within 60 days after you purchase it, you will receive the upgrade free of charge. To do so, return the upgrade order form with your original invoice and, if required, payment for best-method shipping.
VSP Gold members receive free upgrades for the life of their VSP membership, as well as full technical support. If you are a VSP Gold member, you will receive free upgrades as soon as they are released. You will be sent a notification by mail, asking you to verify your mailing address and media type. You must return this notification to receive your upgrade. We will ship VSP Gold members by best-method shipping at no cost within the United States and Canada. If you require overseas shipping or a faster shipping method, you must pay for that shipping.
