The rules for defining a video attribute for a color memory-mapped display are the same as those for PCDOS, with one important exception. Instead of using the physical attribute names for PCDOS, you would use the names listed in Table 46.4. They are the same as the PCDOS physical attribute names and modifiers except that they begin with the abbreviation "MM" for memory-mapped.
