When you create and distribute an application with Vermont Views, under the terms of the Vermont Creative Software License Agreement, your application (Permitted Derived Product) must include copyright and trademark notices. The following is suggested language to fulfill this obligation:
[Name of your Permitted Derived Product] contains portions of Vermont ViewsÒ copyright 1993 Vermont Creative Software. All rights reserved. Vermont Views is a trademark of Vermont Creative Software.
This notice must appear in the documentation for your application, or, in the event that your application does not include documentation, this notice must appear on a start-up screen, on a copyright help screen, or wherever your own copyright and trademark notices appear.
