A spin button is a data field that allows the user to select one of a circular list of choices. A single choice is displayed in the field. The user moves the next choice into the field by selecting one of the two spin button scroll controls. The spin button controls are displayed immediately to the right of the data field ("[+][-]" for teminal-based systems, "[¯][]" for PCDOS systems) with the logical attribute LSPINCH. For example,
