To drag a window, the user clicks the left mouse button on the border of the window (anywhere but a corner or a CUA button) and holds it down. An outline of the window appears. The user drags the outline to the desired location by moving the mouse while holding the button down. When the user releases the left mouse button, the window is dropped at the new location.
When the user is dragging a window, the mouse can move to any position on the screen, but part of the window will always be visible within the screen dimensions. The user cannot move all of the window off the screen.
A beep is sounded if the user attempts to drag a window that does not have the MOU_DRAG option set to ON.
