The standard Vermont Views package does not work in GRAPHICS video modes. Vermont Views Plus does work correctly in graphics video modes. However, the standard Vermont Views package does support setting the video mode to any graphics mode. At this point, all standard Vermont Views output routines will not work. Since changing the video mode clears the entire screen, you should first save an image of the entire screen before changing the mode.
For PCDOS applications that need graphics capabilities, Vermont Views Plustm provides a way to run your Vermont Views applications in graphics modes. Vermont Views Plus supports numerous graphics modes, and allows Vermont Views to draw data forms, menus, and windows on the screen pixel by pixel, rather than character by character. Vermont Views Plus also allows you to use a third-party graphics library to draw on the screen within your application.
